We do not currently bill private insurance for this service so you will be required to pay for your service upfront, and then you can submit the claim to your insurance and possibly get reimbursed your out-of-network amounts according to your policy. The first half of this fee is required when you book the appointment. You will need to pay the second half in order to receive your results, which can take up to 30 days.
